The Approach

Human-Centered Design

We leverage the core principles of human-centered design, including empathy, iteration, and systems-based thinking, to close the gap between what you're offering and what the market is actually asking for.

Research-Backed Strategy

What is better than learning from one entrepreneur?

Getting to learn from many! DIY utilizes peer-reviewed research to prepare data-informed recommendations.

Coaching, Not Consulting

We don’t just hand over a new business plan; you will also receive individual coaching to help you expand your understanding of your business and industry. You’ll learn how to identify opportunities and evaluate their risk:reward ratio based on your unique circumstances.

Empowering Longterm Results

While we agree that implementation plans are valuable, we won’t leave you without actionable checkpoints after launching. All proposals include personalized feedback loops at meaningful checkpoints to help you maintain your business’s success long term.

What stood out most was the way [Becca] guided without ever making you feel small. My business model didn’t always make perfect sense at first, but she never made me feel like it didn’t. Instead, she gave me the space to learn, grow, and figure things out, while always being there with support when I needed it.
